Our family is going to really focus on healthy eating next month, and one of the keys to that is planning. It’s way harder to make a healthy dinner choice when it’s 5pm, my stomach is growling, and I have no clue what to make for dinner and no ingredients in the house. That definitely makes it way more tempting to text my husband to ask him to pick up a pizza on his way home.
I’m going to try meal planning for the entire month in June. I will use this printable to list all the meal options and then cross the meal off when it has been made. That way I don’t have to decide which day each meal will be made, and I’ll have lots of options to choose from.
